Annual Tree Plantation

The ceremony is organized every year by Nalanda on 8th of November. The company is inspired by the fact "Plant a tree, have oxygen free". We wish to spread the tree plantation mission in the society so that our next generation will have a greener and healthier planet.

Free Ration Distribution

Company continued to distribute free ration to the people of economically weaker society in the time of Covid pandemic. We believe it is a duty of an organization to respect the basic needs of the society.

Subsidized canteen services

The company has been serving canteen cooked food to the employees at a really subsidized rate. All of our employees are free to have the meal.

Annual Holiday Scheme

Company has initiated a scheme to organize a complimentary vacation including air transportation for the employees. It is really important to respect the employee's need for a good mental health and motivation periodically.

Annual Get Together

Company has launched an annual get together event for the employees and their family members to group together for creating a good social bond.

Annual Sports Championship

The sports championship organized every year in the month of December every year. Sports is a very brilliant idea for social bonding where no caste, no language, no gender, no economic status or any kind of diversity can break the bond. Sports has been known to increase the fitness level and decrease the mental stress.

Annual Meeting

It has being conducted by the company to highlight and praise the hard work of the employees and break-through business developments in the year. Kaizen awards are given to the deserved.
